"Monkey.."

In truth, Jacob had already known about ME's secret. The truth is that the man had a female counterpart of him, Nikki. It wasn't an issue for him, considering how it rarely it occurs and how long he remains in the female form. But the idea of people labeling him as "gender confused" was something he wouldn't exactly be proud of.

The gryphon stood outside of his lover's door, "Monkey, it's okay. I know you and Nikki are the same person. I know your smell." Jacob said, hearing a sigh from the other side. "Please, Jacob. I'm not-"

"Yes, YOU ARE. Gender change doesn't change the fact that I love you. You don't even stay in that form for long, dude. Which even so is fine." ME cracked the door just a tiny bit. "What?" Jacob looked at him through the small opening, " Remember? I'm bi. And I chose to be your boyfriend, not go and get a girl like most bi guys do. I love you, baby. No matter what kind of body you wear."

The door slowly opened to ME on the verge of tears. "You mean that?" He asked, his voice cracking. The larger man cupped his face and looked at him in the eyes and answered, "With all my heart." The gryphon cradled a crying monkey for the rest of the day.
